DELIVERY

When will I get my order?

Upon receiving your order, it will be processed and prepared within same or 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) and delivered to you within next 1-2 working days. Our delivery timings are from 9am to 9pm from Monday to Saturday (including PH). Our delivery timings are dependent on our volume of stocks and delivery route on the day itself. 

Can I receive my products on a specific day? 

We will do our best to accommodate specific requests and drop a note to the respective driver. However, we seek your understanding as the drivers follow their own schedule and route. If you would like a specific date and time, we suggest that you order from Grab Express, Pickupp or Lalamove App. It usually costs between $10 – $20 per trip and is delivered within 1 hour. We are able to assist with this option. 

In order to freshly deliver our superbooster packs to some of our clients who start their day early and bright, your order is scheduled according to the route of the fleet. The timing is dependent on the volume of stocks and number of drop off points. However, our fleet will do their best to schedule your order within the delivery time window. 

Is there any minimum spending required for the free delivery?

No. There is a no minimum spending for free delivery as we prioritize quality and freshness for customer health and convenience. 

Which area do you cover for delivery?

We deliver Islandwide except Tuas, Jurong Island & Sentosa. 

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION/STORAGE

Are your products Halal Certified?

No but it's definitely Halal/ Muslim-Friendly.

100% Edible Bird's Nest is permissible and Honey is highly regarded by many as a pure and nutritious food. Among Muslims, Honey has a special significance as the Holy Quran denotes it as a cure for mankind.

Do I need to refrigerate the products?

You may store Royal Imperial Wild Honey at room temperature as our honey has no expiry date. However, Royal Imperial (Fresh Made-to-Order) Bird’s Nests need to be stored in the refrigerator upon receiving and are rich in nutrients and delicious when consumed within 5 days. You can also check the product label for storage instructions.  

Do you have Nutritional Information?

The nutritional information of our superfood can be found on our product’s individual pages.  

Are there synthetic additives in your Bird's Nest Bottle?

No. We use only the finest whole bird's nest from Indonesia, and cane sugar (if sweetened) with no preservatives or artificial flavouring.  

Is your Bird's Nest a reduced sugar product?

Yes, each bottle contains little water and cane suger so you may add our wild honey or sweetener according to your taste before consuming it.   

What is the percentage of Bird’s Nest inside each bottle?

Each bottle of Royal Imperial Bird’s Nest contains 5g dry weight of a Whole Bird’s Nest. We can assure that our bird's nest is 100% finest, genuine bird’s nest, without preservatives or added colouring.

 

PACKAGING

How can I recycle my bottles?

When you purchase the next order, we will collect the empty bottles from you. For every set of 50 empty bottles collected back, Royal Imperial Food will gift a FREE bottle of Royal Imperial Bird's nest OR Royal Imperial Wild Honey (worth $38 each) as a token of gratitude to Mother Nature. 

 

GIFTING

Can I customise my messages?

Yes you can! We do customise messages and print it out on a Thank you note, compliments from us. Leave your note on your order form or simply Whatsapp us.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

We strive to ensure that the products delivered to you have a minimum shelf life, except chilled items which generally have short shelf life.

As our products are all food-based, all sales are final at their point of delivery. Hence, products are not returnable except at the time of delivery.

Due to product integrity and food safety concerns, in the event that products are returned due to:

  1. Incorrect address information entered during checkout
  2. Incorrect product types selected during checkout
